REFUND POLICY

We have a 14 day return policy. You must request your refund within this time frame to be eligible.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and sealed in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected] with your order details and return reason.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Any issues must be reported to us within 1 week for us to resolve this. And any missing parcels must be reported within 30 days of ordering.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on contact lenses, sale items or gift cards.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and accepted your return items, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We do not cover the cost of shipping and therefore you will only be refunded on the price you paid for your items, excluding shipping cost.  Please allow up to 7 working days for your bank to process your refund once completed on our end.
