SHIPPING POLICY

How long does it take to process an order?

We intend for all orders received before 12pm on a Business Day* to be dispatched same day. Any orders made after 12pm Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

During busier periods processing times may be extended.

SALE ORDER PROCESSING TIMES – During our sale periods it can take up to 6 working days to process orders due to the sheer volume received during sales.

*Business Day – a day on which banks are open for general banking business in England and Wales, EXCLUDING Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.

Orders with delivery outside of the UK, may need to pay custom charges or taxes in addition to order costs based on delivery location tax rules.

Do you ship everywhere?

We ship internationally EXCLUDING Israel & any other illegally occupied locations

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking link to check the status of your delivery. 

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
